mein Mann und ich sind beide PKV versichert. Er ist seit gut 10 Jahren bei der DKV in einem Tarif, der für Neukunden so nicht mehr angeboten wird und ich bin seit 7 Jahren bei der HUK im Komfort-Tarif versichert.
Nun haben wir letzte Woche Nachwuchs bekommen, der ja nun auch in der PKV zu versichern ist. Da die HUK bei etwa gleichen Leistungen deutlich günstiger ist als die DKV, würde ich die Kleine gerne bei meiner PKV mitversichern. Was passiert aber, wenn ich beispielsweise aufgrund einer neuen Stelle, bei der ich weniger verdiene als die Versicherungsgrenze wieder versicherungspflichtig in der GKV werde. Muss mein Kind dann aus der PKV auch raus oder kann sie dort bleiben, weil sie ja eigentlich einen eigenen Vertrag hat.
Beim Vater gehe ich nicht davon aus, dass sein Gehalt in der Zukunft unter die Versicherungsgrenze fällt, so dass für die Kleine ja dann auch weiterhin eine PKV abgeschlossen werden müsste.
